The CA applauds the scrapping of the DEKPA
Greece has announced the scrapping of the DEKPA cruising permit in a draft bill for which consultations close on 27 February 2020. The bill will be voted on shortly afterwards and becomes law within one month of being officially published.

Total mutual tonnage surpasses 100m GT in West’s 150th year
West of England P&I Club today announced the successful completion of its 2020 renewal. Mutual owned tonnage increased by 10m GT and now exceeds 100m GT for the first time. Total entered tonnage is expected to exceed 150m GT in 2020.
