December 26, 2018 — Fincantieri Bay Shipbuilding, Sturgeon Bay, WI, recently delivered a 155,000 bbl Articulated Tug Barge (ATB) unit to Houston-based Kirby Corporation, one of the largest tank barge operators in the U.S.
