FFS Marine, a division of FFS Refiners, a South African entity majority-owned by Calulo Investments, has launched a new service supplying intermediate fuels and distillates ex-pipe and ex-truck in Cape Town.
The company is reported to have leased 120,000 cbm of terminal storage for fuel oil for a six-month period.
The European Commission has granted the shipping company a grant of €11.80 million which will go towards the retrofitting of five Baleària vessels for operation on LNG.
