March 9, 2018 — Vice Adm. Karl  L. Schultz, the commander of the Coast Guard’s Atlantic Area, currently serves as the operational commander for all Coast Guard missions from the Rocky Mountains to the Arabian Gulf, spanning across five Coast Guard Districts and 40 states.

It’s been a busy week for Shane J. Guidry. On Wednesday, his Harvey Gulf International Marine and 90 affiliated entities each filed for Chapter 11. Yesterday, he was front and center at a ceremony to mark the start of construction on what will be America’s first offshore LNG bunkering ATB, which is being built for another one of his ventures, Q-LNG Transport.
