GulfMark Offshore to file for Chapter 11
May 16, 2017 — GulfMark Offshore, Inc. says it will file a voluntary chapter 11 bankruptcy filing on or before May 21, 2017. The company said it has reached a restructuring agreement with holders of approximately 47% of the company’s unsecured 6.375% senior notes due 2022.
