SAN DIEGO, June 25, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — General Dynamics NASSCO, a wholly owned subsidiary of General Dynamics (NYSE: GD), signaled the start of construction for the second of three 50,000 deadweight ton, 330,000 barrel cargo capacity product tankers for SEA-Vista Newbuild III LLC, a subsidiary of SEACOR Holding Inc. Each LNG-conversion ready product tanker will be constructed at the NASSCO shipyard in San Diego under Jones Act requirements and will continue to provide well-paying jobs in the local economy.

Gibraltar-Morocco Yacht Rally Raises a Record £6,780.60

The 15th annual Ocean Village/Boatshed Gibraltar-Morocco Yacht Rally, which took place over the long 12 June Bank Holiday weekend, has tripled the charity money raised last year and amassed an incredible £6,780.60 for Gibraltar Red Cross. The organizing committee, newly in place for 2015, is to be praised for this immense achievement.
