Previously Estonian patrol vessel for the Estonian Border Guard. Delivered 1st of June 2000 with very few running hours. Recent sea trial results 26 knots. New Electronics and installations. New fire equipment certificate. Recent pictures and seat trial video on our website.

Latest McAllister tug is JonRie equipped

November 24, 2014—JonRie InterTech, LLC, Manahawkin, NJ, has supplied its fifth ship set of Full Bollard Pull Winches to McAllister Towing of New York. They are installed on the latest addition to the McAllister fleet, the 92 ft x 32 ft Tate McAllister. Designed and built by shipbuilder Washburn & Doughty of East Boothbay, ME, the 6,000 HP Z-drive tug has a bollard pull of 90 tons. In the recover mode, the tug’s JonRie Series 250 Escort Winch is designed to handle the full bollard pull of the vessel.

RMSIR ends in a storm and some carnage…

22nd Nov 2014: The day started with a mild North Easterly blowing down the harbour and ended when a storm cell ascended from the South, and swung the breeze around, then increased to 20 plus knots and pelted down with rain. On the racing course, Neil Pryde’s Welbourn 52 Hi Fi lost valuable time when they became entangled with the windward mark anchor line and low and behold, Nick Burns/Fred Kinmonth’s new Sydney GTS43 EFG Bank Mandrake did the same on the second round. Those unprepared when the storm hit, ended with shredded spinnakers flying horizontally from the masthead and/or trawling in the water with embarrassing red faced crew. Others that were prepared, hankered down and experienced very fast two sail reaching and invariably won their respective classes.

Certified Oil tanker. Previous Finnish naval tank barge. Used for bunkering and environmental purposes. Built at Rauma Repola Oy, Uudenkaupungin Telakka, Finland in 1979, Steel / aluminium.

Crowley to operate, maintain T-AGOS/T-AGM fleet

November 21, 2014—Crowley Technical Management Inc., Jacksonville, FL, is being awarded a $31,875,833 firm-fixed-price contract for the operation and maintenance of the T-AGOS/T-AGM fleet. This fleet supports the Navy’s surveillance towed array sensor system, the U.S. Air Force’s dual-band, phased array and parabolic dish radars, and other government research missions. This contract includes four 12-month option periods which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $170,463,169.
