Hot topics, industry experts
Some of the major ferry operators in North America—Washington State Ferries, Staten Island Ferry, STQ, and BC Ferries—have or are considering Liquefied Natural Gas as a marine fuel. STQ has already ordered new ferries that will burn LNG and Washington State Ferries plans to convert existing boats to the alternative fuel. Does it make sense for your operation? What about bunkering your vessel and training your crew? What about designs and system costs?
Discuss these questions and many others with industry experts at Marine Log’s FERRIES 2013 Conference & Expo.
