Any time spent sailing on Biscayne Bay is a joy. And sometimes it can be a tad bit thrilling as well, especially if you’re racing down to the Keys.

So for a sense of the joy and the thrill, please join us Wednesday, March 20 at 7:30 p.m. for a great slide show by photographer Marco Oquendo featuring his favorite shots from years photographing the Miami-Key Largo Race.

Marco will provide a lively narrative about the biggest race on the Bay. You don’t have to be a racer to appreciate how much fun tooling around our beautiful waters can be.

And, if you’re inspired to participate, this year’s event – open to all boats over 14′ – will be held Saturday, April 20. The CGSC usually has the biggest fleet for the race, so let’s get more out there for 2013.

Notice of Race to be released soon.
